摘　　要：介绍了ATMEL公司生产的大容量FLASH存储器AT45D系列芯片的内部结构、地址选择及控制方法.以AT45D161芯片为例,给出了单片机使用该芯片的电路设计和软件编程.The inside structure, address selection and control method for series chips of high capacity flash memory of AT45D manufactured by ATMEL company are introduced. Microcontroller interface design and program of control circuit of AT45D161 chip used by monotithic processors are given.
