摘  要:在实验测试基础上 ,对燃煤烟气喷钙水浴复合脱硫工艺及设备进行了研究。实验表明 ,采用喷钙水浴复合脱硫工艺较单一喷钙或水浴具有更高的脱硫效果 ,且喷入的碳酸钙可得到充分利用。此外 ,还对诸如钙硫比。On the foundation of experiment, a research has been in progress on the compound desulphurization technology and device of purifying smoke gas of burning coal by calcium blowout and water bath. The experiment indicates that desulphurization effect of the compound desulphurization technology of calcium spurts and water bath is higher than single calcium spurts or the water bath and the calcium carbonate that just spurts can get fully utilized. In addition, the factors that influences desulphurization efficiency such as the ratio of calcium to sulphur, direction of the calcium spurts and the depth of the spurting pipe stuck in water, etc. have been in process tested and analyzed.
