异球螨属一新种及亚东异球螨特征补充(蜱螨亚纲:革螨股:球革螨科)  

A New Species of the Genus Mirabulbus and Supplementary Description of Mirabulbus yadongensis (Ma et Wang,1997) (Acari:Gamasina:Bulbogamasidae)

摘　　要：记述异球螨属1新种:庐山异球螨Mirabulbus lushanensis,sp. nov., 并对亚东异球螨Mirabulbus yadongensis(Ma et Wang,1997)作补充描记。模式标本存于吉林省白城市全国鼠疫布氏菌病防治基地。Mirabulbus lushanensis, sp. nov. (Figs.1～16) ♀. Body average 784μm long and 589μm wide. Dorsal shield av. 735μm long and 494μm wide, covering greater part of dorsum, bearing 30 pairs of simple setae but M2 paddle-shaped and M10-11 knife-shaped. Dorsal cuticle setae about 10 pairs, of which 3 pairs of setae broader, membraneous, knife-shaped. Sternal shield has heavy along longitudinal, with 3 pairs of setae and 2 pairs of pores. MSt and the 3rd pair of pores on small metasternalia. Lateral margins of genital shield concave behind Vl1. Ventro-anal shield large, with 4 pairs of preanal setae. Ad situated before level of middle of anus, both Ad and PA subequal to anus in length, PA paddle-shaped. With 3 pairs of sclerites between genital and ventro-anal shields. Metapodal shields narrow. Peritreme reaching gnathosomal base. Ventral cuticle setae about 6 pairs, of which 4 pairs of setae broader, membraneous, knife-shaped. Tectum with several denticles at anterior margin. Forked seta of palptarsus trident, and with a narrow hyaline membrane by its side. Movable digit of chela with 2 teeth. ♂. Body 747μm long and 517μm wide. Dorsal shield covers all dorsum, with 29 pairs of setae, as in female. Sterno-genital shield with 5 pairs of setae, ventro-anal shield with 4 pairs of preanal setae and 3 perianal setae. Ventral cuticle setae about 8 pairs, of which 5 pairs of setae broader, membraneous, knife-shaped. Tectum with smooth arc-like anterior margin. Spermatodactyl long and narrow. Femur, genu and tibia of leg Ⅱ with apophyse, apophysis on femur Ⅱ the greatest. The new species similar to Mirabulbus qinbaensis Lin et Ma, 2001, but in female of the new species dorsal shield covering greater part of dorsum; dorsal broad setae of posterior idiosomal margin short (34μm), situated on cuticle; 3 pairs of sclerites between genital and ventro-anal shields; transparent membrane on palptarsus narrow.
