摘 要:概述了近10a来稀土在组织及细胞培养上的应用研究进展.稀土能促进试管苗的分化、生长、生根及发育;促进愈伤组织诱导、生长及细胞的生长;对体细胞胚的发生有一定促进作用;促进次生代谢物的合成及释放.并对稀土在此方面的作用机理作了初步的探讨.Application and research progress of rare earths in field of plant tissue and cell culture were reviewed in this paper Rare earths could increase the differentiation, the growth and the formation of root in seedlings of tissue culture and could increase the induction of callus and the growth of callus or cell They also promoted the frequency of somatic embryogenesis The higher concentration of rare earths enhanced the conversion from first metabolite to secondary metabolite and improved the biosynthesis and releases of secondary product In other way, the regulated mechanism of rare earths promoting the biosynthesis and releases of secondary product was primarily discussed in this paper
