摘 要:WTO法律体系对房地产业的基本要求及中国加入WTO对房地产业所作的承诺 ,表明中国必须遵循WTO规则发展房地产经济 ,按照发展中国家的经济状况承担相应的义务 ,必须在坚持社会主义公有制的原则下 ,在适度地保护高标准房地产项目的前提下 ,全面开放中国房地产市场。而加入WTO对中国房地产业的影响及中国房地产立法现状 。The basic request of WTO law system to real estate industry and Chinas promise to real estate industry after entrance to WTO show that China should develop real estate economy following WTO rules, undertake corresponding duties according to developing countrys economy conditions, completely open chinese real estate market under persistence of socialism public system and modest protection of the items of high standard real estate. But the effect of entrance WTO on real estate industry and present condition of Chinese real estate lawmaking bring forward new request to the perfection and development of Chinese real estate law.
