摘　　要：通过对企业危机事例的综合分析,阐述了秘书人员在其中的重要作用;指出新时期企业秘书把避免企业危机和降低企业损失作为自身职责的重要意义,同时指出抑制和处理企业危机是现代企业秘书的综合能力之一。The paper presents the important of secretaries' works throught a comprehensive analysis on the cases of some enterprises' Crises. It points out that secretaries should take it as their own responsibility to avoid enterprises' crises and decrease its loss in the new age, and at the same time, it indicates that it is one of a secretary's comprehensive abilities in a modem enterprise to suppress and deal with its crises.
