摘　　要：介绍了一种新型的IC卡水表,详细给出了其硬、软件设计与实现。This paper introduces a new type of IC Card water meter and its designing and realization of hardwar and softwar are in detail given. The application shows that it is easy to use and reliable to read or write, and it makes good effect.
