摘　　要：本文提出了基于最小二乘法原理的考虑风速风向联合分布的平均风实用统计分析方法 ,并应用这一方法对上海地区的平均风进行了统计分析 ,阐述了考虑风速风向联合分布的必要性。This paper puts forward a statistic analysis method of basic wind by considering the joint probability distribustion of wind speed and wind direction based on the least square method. By applying this method to make the statistic analysis of the basic wind in Shanghai, the paper expounds the necessity of considering the joint probability distribution of wind speed and wind direction.
