摘  要:本文对采用计算机-机械扫描阀测压系统在压力测量过程中影响测量精确度的诸因素进行了分析,介绍了改善和提高其测量精确度的几种方法。结果表明:效果显著,方法正确。The accuracy of pressure measuring has been concerned re-cently by most specialists.There are many factorsaffecting the measuringaccuracy,such as the accuracy of transducers,the electromagnetic interferences,the zero shift,the air leak,and so on.This paper will ana-lyse the factors which affect the measuring accuracy and introduce somemethods to improve it for measuring pressure distribution on surface ofan automobile using microcomputer-mechanical scanivalve system in alow speed wind tunnel tests.Several measures have been taken in oursystem,such as transducer calibration,digital filtering,zero shiftautocorrection,A/D converter self calibration,and data processingtechniques.It has been proved by hundreds of experiments that themethods are correct,simple to realize,low costs,and effective toimprove accuracy of pressure measuring.It is valuable in practices.
