摘　　要：报道了一种不含亚硝酸盐和重金属、不需表调的单组分环保型常温锌钙系磷化液。可在 15～ 35°C下 ,5～ 10min ,在中低碳钢及其合金钢板表面获得一层致密均匀、耐蚀性较强的锌钙磷酸盐薄膜。适用于汽车、五金家电等的涂装前磷化。A one-component environment-friendly normal temperature Zn-Ca phosphating solution is described, which contains no nitrite and heavy metals, and does not need surface conditioning. It can form a compact and uniform corrosion resistant Zn-Ca phosphate film on the surface of the plates of medium and low carbon steel as well as their alloys at 15-35 °C and in 5-10 min. It suits phosphating before coating for cars, hardware, household electric appliances, etc.
