摘  要:为满足蓬莱19-3油区浅气层的固井需要,要求低密度水泥浆(1.4~1.9g/cm^3)在较低的适用温度(27~60℃)范围内,具有“低失水、高早强、短过渡、防气窜”等特点。以紧密堆积理论和颗粒级配理论为指导,以漂珠低密度水泥浆为基础,研制了相应的低密度增强剂和配套的外加剂,并开发出一种高性能的低温早强防气窜水泥浆体系。该体系具有浆体沉降稳定性好、游离液少、失水易控制、低温早强等特点,而且具有良好的防气窜性能:在40℃下水泥浆的SPN值小于4;体系水泥石致密,渗透率在0.001×10^(-3)μm^2以下;上下密度差在0.010~0.015 g/cm^3左右,具有一定的微膨胀性能,水泥石不收缩且具有良好的界面胶结性能。该水泥浆在蓬莱(PL)19-3油田已成功应用10余口井,USIT检测表明,固井质量良好。In Penglai 19-3 area, low density (1. 4-1. 9 g/cm3)cement slurry was required to have properties of low filtration,high early strength,short transition time and gas channeling in low temperature(27-60 ℃). A corresponding low density strength enhancing agent and relevant additives were developed directed on the theories of high packing and granularity. Meanwhile, an early strength, gas channeling prevention in low temperature cement slurry system was manufactured used microsphere low density cement slurry as the base slurry. The system has more advantages; gas channeling controlling, SPN value of the cement slurry is less than 4 in 40℃c; the cement stone is tight-its permeability is only about 0. 001 × 10-3 μm2; slurry body settling stability is good, difference of densities is about 0. 010-0. 015 g/cm3; cementation is excellent with certain micro-expanding. The system has been used successfully in about 10 wells in Penglai 19-3 area and the USIT testing shows that the quality is excellent.
