摘 要:长庆油田陕北安塞地区气井埋深一般为3500~4000m,底部气层活跃,上部地层撑压能力差,钻井和固井易发生漏失。针对该地区的地质情况、钻井情况、固井情况,制定出了一整套气井固井工艺方案,并根据工艺要求,经过室内大量的模拟试验,研究出了6组水泥浆体系。在固井过程中采用分级注水泥工艺和3种密度、3种稠化时间的防窜、防漏水泥浆体系。3口井的固井实践证明,该套固井工艺切实可行,固井水泥浆体系有利于气井固井施工,保证了固井质量。气层井段固井质量优质。The average burial depth of reservoir in Ansai area of Changqing oilfield is about 3500-4000 m. Lost circulation often occur during drilling and cementing because gas in reservoir bottom is active and loading capacity of the upper formation is poor. A cementing technology has been studied due to the characteristics of geology, drilling and cementing progress in this area, and six groups of cement slurry system have been developed based on a lot of laboratory simulation tests according to the engineering requirements. Stage cementing technology and channeling control, lost circulation prevention cement system with three density and three setting time values have been used in three wells in Ansai. Smooth operation and excellent cementation quality have been achieved.
