摘　　要：埕北30潜山油藏古生界碳酸盐岩和太古界花岗片麻岩储集空间以构造裂缝、溶蚀性孔洞为主;储层原油的气/油比较高,储层温度可达170℃。已完钻井应用的屏蔽暂堵技术对该裂缝性碳酸盐岩油层的保护效果不是很好。分析了裂缝性油藏保护与砂岩油藏保护的不同点以及埕北30潜山油藏对钻井液的基本要求,研究设计了适合该区块的钻井液技术方案,有针对性地优选了钻井液性能参数。室内试验评价了优选钻井液配方的保护油层效果。结果表明。以有机盐为加重剂的无固相体系的渗透率恢复率高于低固相体系;加聚合醇对减少水锁损害能起一定作用。海水抗高温无固相钻井液体系在埕北30A-1井和埕北30B-1井成功地进行了应用。应用结果表明,该体系成功地控制了井涌。油气显示较好。Main characteristics of the Palaeozoic carbonate rock and the Archaeozoic granite gneiss in Chengbei 30 buried hill oilfield are that structural fracture and solution vug exist in the reservoirs where gas/oil ratio is higher and reservoir temperature reaches 170 ℃. Shielding temporary plugging technology was used to protect fracture-type carbonate reservoir in past and bad effects was obtained, A suitable drilling fluid technology has been developed based on the analysis of the differences between fracture-type reservoir protecting and sandstone reservoir protecting, and drilling fluid requirements for Chengbei 30 buried hill reservoir. The protecting effect of the drilling fluid has been investigated in laboratory and the results revealed that the permeability recovery rate of free solid system using organic salt as weighting agent is higher than that of low solid system; adding polyol into the system, water block damage to formation can be reduced reasonably. Sea water free solid drilling fluid system has been successfully used in wells of Chengbei 30A-1 and Chengbei 30B-1. Well kick has been effectively controlled and better SG&O has been obtained.
