摘  要:却勒构造四开地层存在大段的易水化、膨胀、分散的泥岩、软泥岩、泥质膏岩和盐层。采用抗高温抗污染能力强、抑制性强的高密度(密度为2.15~2.30g/cm^3)欠饱和盐水钻井液钻进,在却勒1井和却勒4井的应用中分别出现了高粘度和低切力、高粘度和高切力、泥饼摩阻大的问题,钻井液维护处理难度大。因此,在却勒6井的钻井过程中,对高密度欠饱和盐水钻井液的配制、维护处理进行了调整。现场应用表明,高密度欠饱和盐水钻井液具有抑制性强、流动性好、润滑性好、滤失量低、易维护的特点。该钻井液有效地抑制了泥岩与软泥岩的水化膨胀分散,返出岩屑光洁度高,表面不容易被水侵入,里面发干,整体硬度较高;钻井液固相含量、粘度和切力稳定,维护处理量小。该钻井液只要维护处理得当,完全能满足该地区钻井的需要。There are thick mudstone, soft mudstone, argillaceous stone and salt bed in Quele structure where hydration, expansion and dispersion are liable to occur. Problems of high viscosity with low shearing force, high viscosity with high shearing force and strong mud cake friction drag exist in wells of Quele-1 and Quele-4 where a high density (2. 15-2. 30 g/cm3) unsaturated salt water drilling fluid with high thermostability, pollution prevention and strong inhibition. Preparation and maintenance of the drilling fluid was adjusted in well Quele-6. Field using shows that the new drilling fluid have such advantages as strong inhibition, good flowability and lubrication, low filtrate and easy to maintain; by using it, mud-stone and soft mudstone hydrous disintegration can be inhibited effectively and the cuttings have high degrees of finish and hardness; the solid content, viscosity and shearing force of the drilling fluid are stable and treating volume required is less. The new drilling fluid can fully satisfy the drilling requirements.
