摘　　要：以改性有机硅树脂为漆基 ,加入隔热性能优良的颜填料、化学反应型复合阻燃剂、隔热防火剂和高效固化剂N - 7或N - 9,配制成CT系列室温固化钢结构高层建筑钢材构件专用隔热防火涂料 ;该涂料可长期耐 4 5 0℃高温 ,过火时间大于 3h ( 90 0℃明火 )。The heat insulation fireproofing coating of CT series room temperature cure steel structure for tall building steel components was made,in which modified silicone resin was used as basic paint and the color filler having excellent performance of heat insulation,chemical reaction complex burning retardant,heat insulation fire retardant agent,highly active cure agent N-7 or N-9 as addtives The coating could bear high temperature as 450 ℃ in a long time and its overfire time was more than 3 hours(900 ℃ naked fire)
