摘　　要：美国是市场经济高度发达的国家,也是世界海运大国,其海运业立法对世界各国影响巨大。认真研究美国海运立法,对于我国在加入世贸组织后如何加强海运立法和参加WTO新一轮服务贸易谈判,都有十分重要的意义。USA is highly developed country in marketing economy, and a large maritime country in the world. Its maritime legislation has a great influence to other countries. Researching on the USA maritime laws has a great significance to strengthen China抯 legislation on the maritime laws and the WTO new round negotiation of services trade for China.
