摘  要:本文从山羊皮制革耗水规律着手,对浸水、浸碱、复鞣工序进行重点研究,多品种多工序运用生物酶制剂,既压缩制革工序,改进水洗方法,废水循环利用,又注重工艺平衡,其结果使山羊皮制革用水量节约53%,生产周期缩短30%,得革率增加4.5%。The regulation of consuming water in goatskin tanning was discussed, and the procedures of soaking,liming and tanning were focused. Biologic enzymes were used in many species and procedures,which compressed tanning, improved water-saving method, and used waste water circularly, meanwhile, laid stress on the technology equation. The way of saving water over 53% and cutting the period- of production 30% were explained.
