气提工艺在中原油田原油稳定装置改进中的应用

摘　　要：针对中原油田负压原油稳定装置存在的问题,对原油稳定装置进行改进,将气提工艺引入原油稳定系统,降低轻烃分压、增加油气分离界面,提高稳定效果。现场实施后,在轻油回收率基本不变的情况下,较大幅度降低了原油稳定温度,经济效益显著。In consideration of the problems existed in a vacuum crude oil stabilizing unit in Zhongyuan Oilfield, the crude oil stabilizing unit is modified, a gas stripping process is introduced in crude oil stabilizing system to reduce fractional pressure of light hydrocarbon, increase the interface of oil and gas separation and improve its stabilizing effect. After it is put into field operation* light hydrocarbon recovery rate is remained unchanged, the temperature of crude oil stabilizing reduces greatly with obvious economic efficiency.
