摘 要:研究纤维与粒子混杂增强聚氨酯复合硬泡塑料的压缩性能 ,着重分析增强剂中SiO2 含量以及纤维对其性能的影响。结果表明 ,压缩性能随着SiO2 含量的上升而上升 ,密度大时 ,增强效果更佳 ;玻璃纤维虽然也能提高混杂增强聚氨酯硬泡的压缩性能 ,但是增强效果不如SiO2The compressive property of hybrid reinforced rigid polyurethane composite foam was investigated with the reinforcing agent SiO 2 and fiber.The effect of content of SiO 2 on the compressive property of the composite foam as well as the effect of fiber on its compressive property were emphatically analysed.The experiment results show that the compressive property of the composite foam would enhance when the content of SiO 2 increased and reinforcing effect would be better when the density of hybrid reinforced rigid polyurethane composite foam was high;Glass fiber also could improve the compressive property of hybrid reinforced rigid polyurethane composite foam, however,reinforcing effect of SiO 2 was better.
