摘　　要：采用强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂 ,溴化物—过硫化物为异构化剂 ,经顺酐一步合成了富马酸二甲酯(DMF) ,探讨了醇酐比、反应时间、催化剂的量、异构化剂的量以及异构化时间对合成DMF收率的影响 ,并确立了最佳反应条件。所得产品后处理简单且无“三废”排放。Dimethyl fumarate was prepared from maleic anhydride and methanol with strong acid cation exchange resin as the catalyst and bromide—peroxide as the isomerization catalyst by one-step synthesis in this paper.The influences of the mole ratio of methanol to maleic anhydride,reaction time,the amount of catalyst,the amount of isomerization catalyst and isomerization time have been discovered.The optimized reaction condition were obtained.The purification of the production is simple.No pollution happens.
