口服碘油后对绒猴甲状腺的图像分析和功能代谢影响的研究

摘　　要：方法:利用MIAS-2000型图像分析系统对低碘绒猴分次口服碘油后不同时间分析甲状腺形态的变化,利用放免法测定血清甲状腺激素水平。结果;口服碘油后低碘绒猴的TT4显著性升高,甲状腺组织结构尚未恢复正常。结论:分次口服200mg碘油有效期大于5个月,甲状腺结构的恢复晚于功能的改变。Methods: To measure Serum thyroid hormone of low iodine, marmosets at different times after being treated with orally iodized oil and observe the changes of thyroid form by MAIS -2000 image analysis system. Then to deduce term of validity of orally iodized oil in monkeys. Result: Serum TT4 of monkeys increased significantly after being treated with orally iodized oil, but thyroid form des not completely recovery. Conclusion: Term of validity of 200mg orally iodized oil in marmosets was longer than 5 month, and recovery of thyroid histology was later than their function,s.
