摘 要: 通过对新型炭材料——木陶瓷制品的耐磨性、表面硬度及其他力学性质的试验与分析,及SEM观察PF树脂和阻燃剂处理的作用,结果表明:PF树脂处理对提高烧结产品耐磨性有明显作用;表面硬度随处理树脂质量分数的增高而增大,随烧结温度增高而略有增加;抗弯强度和弹性模量随树脂质量分数的提高而增大;断面抗压强度随树脂质量分数升高而增加,随烧结温度的提高而增加。阻燃剂处理能提高成炭率,但不能提高产品的力学性质。In this paper, the wearability and other mechanical properties, such as bending strength, elastic modulus, surface hardness and compression strength of woodceramics (WCS) were determined. The effects of a dipping treatment with phenol formaldehyde (PF) resin and a fire retardant on properties of WCS were also analyzed by sweep electron microscope (SEM). The results showed: 1) it was good for WCS wearability when treated by PF resin; 2) the bending strength and elastic modulus of WCS could be improved by increasing the PF resin concentration; 3) WCS surface hardness mainly depended on the PF resin concentration, rather than its sintering temperature; 4) WCS compression strength could be increased along with raising of PF resin concentration or sintering temperature; 5) the fire retardant would be effective to raise the char yield, but not improve WCS' mechanical properties.
