无铅热敏感PTC材料的研究及应用

摘　　要：对ZnO TiO2 NiO系半导体陶瓷,掺杂ZnO、TiO2、NiO对其性能的影响进行了研究,获得合理控制掺杂和烧结工艺,并研制成PTC电烙铁,获得好效果。Doping ZnO,TiO2,NiO into ZnO-TiO2-NiO family of semiconductive cer amic,the influence of its characters is studied,and then,the appropriate doping material and an optimal sintering process are obtained.A kind of PTC electric iron has develope d,and its effectiveness is nice.
