摘　　要：产品结构即是ERP的核心又是PDM的核心。本文阐述了产品结构管理在制造业信息化进程中的重要性,并结合作者开发的产品结构管理系统实例说明了产品结构管理系统的功能分析和开发的关键技术。该系统针对具体项目背景,除了实现了①产品明细表的创建、修改;②支持采用借用及产品文档查询;③实现产品结构的多视图配制管理之外还实现了与1-DEAS和MRPⅡ系统的集成。Product Structure Management is the core of both ERP system and PDM system and is necessary and important to manufacturing information engineering. A PSM system example aimed at practical project has been developed in the paper to present its function and key technology of developing. This system realized its integration between I-DEAS and MRPII besides other conventional molding functions such as creating and modifying BOM, product file demanding and product structure multi-view management.
