摘　　要：意大利SGS-F公司生产的L497专用点火集成块的功能较全,性能优越,价格低廉。由L497集成块及其外围电路组成的霍尔传感式无触点点火电子组件,具有闭合时间、电流上升率控制,停车断电、过电压、反向脉冲保护和线圈限流等功能。简述了该点火电子组件的功耗、安全工作区域及进行其外围电路试验时,模拟电路的调试方法。L497 Special Ignition Chip made by SGS-F Company, Italy, features of full functions, excellent performances and low cost. The hall-effect breakerless ignition module consisted of L497 chip and its peripheral circuit features of functions of time-closed control, current rise control, cut-off protection, overtension protection inverse pulse protection and coil current-limitation. Meanwhile, it also describes briefly the power consumption, proper operutional area and analogous circuit debugging of the electronic module.
