卡铂的反相高效液相色谱法测定

摘　　要：本文建立了卡铂的反相高效液相色谱测定方法,以甲醇—水(30∶70v/v)为流动相,流速为1 2ml/min时,卡铂与杂质完全分离;检测波长为238nm时,测量的线性范围为4-48μg/ml,平均回收率大于99%。此法简单、快速,适合于卡铂原料与制剂中卡铂的分析。The determination of carboplatin by high performance liquid chromatography was reported.Using methanol-water(30∶70 v/v) as mobial phase and controlling the folw rate at 1.2ml/min,carboplatin was completely separated from the impurity.The linear range is from 4 to 48 μg/ml at the detection wavelength of 238nm,and the average recoveries of carboplatin are 99%.The method is simple and sensitive.Which would be suitable for the determination of both carboplatin and carboplatin preparation.
