摘 要:对SP347C型自卸汽车的连杆组合式举升机构进行了运动学分析及计算。其结果表明,该举升机构中车厢质心的加速度(?)_S_3、(?)_S_3的量值和方向变化,有利于货物的倾卸;其末级从动件的传动角γ_1的量值较为理想,但传动角γ_2偏小,不利于动力的传递。Some kinematic analysis and computer simulation for a lifting mechanism of the model SP 347C dump truck, with analytical approximation method is done. The forces applied on the lifting apparatus are analysed close to the engineering practice, then thus the lifting force, i.e. hydraulic force applied on push-rod, and counter forces of various moving pairs are solved considering the effect of friction, their corresponding curves are therefore plotted. The study provides the basis for calculating the strength of the lifting apparatus and its bearings design.
