复合高压水囊系列导管经尿道扩裂术治疗前列腺增生症(附62例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨应用自行设计改进的复合高压水囊系列导管经尿道扩裂术治疗前列腺增生症的疗效及安全性.方法导管为膨胀直径30#～38# 10种型号.应用硬膜外麻醉并保留导管术后止痛.62例患者应用本系列导管治疗均得到观察和随访.结果3～5 d拔管后54例排尿良好,5例尿失禁,3例一过性,另2例1个月后恢复.8例拔管后不能排尿,再导尿15 d恢复排尿.结论本法是一种简便、安全、有效的方法,适应于包括中叶增生在内的各种程度增生的病人.Objective To study the effect and safety of the composite high pressure water capsule to expend the urethra for treatment of prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 62 cases of BPH were treated with this operation. All of the cases were observed and followed up. Results After pulling out the pipe, 54 cases micturated normally, 5 cases were found incontinence. Among them 3 cases were temporary incontinence and other 2 cases were recovered after one month. 8 cases could not micturate after pulling out of of pipe. But recovered after catheterization for 15 days. Conclusions The composite high pressure water capsule can be used to expend urethra for treatment of BPH.
