摘　　要：目的 探讨钬激光前列腺切除术HoLRP)的治疗体会。方法 2000年10月至2002年1月行HoLRP术10例,观察其手术并发症、术后留置导尿时间及治疗效果;如IPSS评分、最大尿流率。结果 无围手术期死亡或电切综合征发生,无需输血,术后平均置管2 d,平均最大尿流率从术前的6.7 mL/s增加至18.3 mL/s,平均IPSS评分由23分降至7分。结论 HOLRP是一种安全有效的BPH新疗法,术中和术后并发症少,术后恢复快。Objective To assess the results of holmuim-laser resection for the prostate(HoLRP) in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Between 2000 and 2002,10 patients underwent HoLRP were observed. Maximum urinary flow rates (MFR), International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS), and duration of catheterization were used as outcome measures. Results There were no perioperative deaths nor transurethral resection syndrome, no patients required blood transfusion. The mean MFR increased from 6.7 mL/sec to 18.3 mL/sec, the mean IPSS decreased from 23 to 7. Conclusions The HoLRP technique is a safe and effective treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia with minimal complication.
