摘　　要：目的 :探讨应用交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折并发症的原因 ,并提出防治措施。方法 :对 76例术中并发症和 66例术后并发症进行总结分析。结果 :66例获得 6～ 3 7个月随访 ,平均 18个月。按Johner Wruh评分标准 :优 46例 ,良 15例 ,可 4例 ,差 1例 ,总优良率 92 43 %。结论 :交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折疗效可靠。产生并发症的主要原因是技术操作不熟练。预防措施 :术前周密计划 ,术中规范操作 ,术后正确锻炼等。Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of interlocking intramedullary nail in treatment of tibial fracture.Methods:The complication of operation was analyzed in 76 cases and the complication of postoperation were analyzed in 66 cases.Results:Sixty-six cases were followed up for 6～37 months (averaged 18 months) and evaluated according to the criteria of Johner and Wruh.There were 46 cases assessed as excellent,15 as good,4 as fair and 1 as poor.The excellent and good rate was 92.43%.Conclusion:The application of interlocking intramedullary nail in treatment of tibial fracture has advantages of less trauma,strong fixation,high healing rate and early motion.The main cause of complication is unfamiliar with the operative standard of the implants.Carefully planning before operation,standard step in operation and correct functional exercise after operation should be emphasized.
