郯城县中小学生健康教育干预实验

摘　　要：目的　为探索中小学生有效的健康教育干预方法 ,寻求健康教育干预依据。方法　 1997年郯城县城区和农村取 48所在校 5 683 9各中小学生为干预组 ,另取所选的城区和农村各 4所学校中小学生作为对照组。进行干预实验。干预学校有计划、有组织地开展“学生、家长、教师为合堂”的健康卫生知识课 ,主要内容为“六个一”活动 ,同时采取多种形式宣传健康卫生知识及卫生行为规范等。于 2 0 0 1年随机抽样对干预效果进行调查 ,干预组与对照组进行比较统计分析。结果　学生卫生知识来源途径 :学校、家庭、医疗机构、大众媒体、其他分别为 5 7 93 % ( 1665 / 2 876)、15 89% ( 4 5 6/ 2 876)、13 18%( 3 79/ 2 876)、10 14 % ( 2 92 / 2 876)、2 86% ( 82 / 2 876) ,在干预学校调查中小学生 87 13 % ( 12 5 3 / 14 3 8)直接从学校接受健康教育 ,在对照组学校调查中小学生 40 12 % ( 5 76/ 14 3 8)接受健康教育 ,两者之间差异有着非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　健康教育实施过程中 ,增设以“学生、家长、教师为合堂”的健康卫生知识课 ,主要内容为“六个一”活动 ,研究结果证实 ,在促进中小学生身心健康 ,保障中小学生健康成长 ,全面提高中小学生素质等方面有着极其深远的意义。To explore an effective interfering method in health education and seek the basis for health education interference. In 1997, 56 839 students of 48 schools were selected to form the interference group, and students selected from other 4 school formed the contrast group. Interfering experiments were carried out in the interference group by providing health and hygienic lectures regularly combined with all sorts of propaganda on health knowledge and sanitary behaviors. The interference effect was investigated in 2001 and statistic analysis was made through comparing the two groups.The main sources of health knowledge of the students are school (57.93%, 1 665/2 876), family (15.89%, 456/2 876), medical institutions (13.18%, 379/2 876), mass media (1014%, 292/2876) and other sources (2.86%, 82/2 876). 87.13% (1 253/1 438) of the students in interference schools received health education directly from school, while only 40.12% (576/1 438) of the students in the contrast group received health education from school. The difference was significant (P<0.01).[Conclusion] The result of the study proved that health and hygienic lectures for the students, parents and teachers has a profound significance in ensuring the students' healthy growth and improving their quality.
