益气养阴合剂对兔睾丸切除术后血清β-淀粉样蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药、雄激素对β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)的作用。方法:选择45只3年老龄健康雄性兔,实验组30只切除双侧睾丸,其中15只术后第1天服益气养阴合剂浓缩液(黄芪、何首乌、枸杞子、淫羊藿),2次/d,持续半年;对照组15只行假手术。分时间段对实验服药组、实验未服药组、对照组取外周静脉血,放射免疫方法监测Aβ水平的变化。结果:实验组术后Aβ上升明显,术后5周达最高峰,以后逐渐下降;实验服药组Aβ下降明显,术后半年较术前稍高;实验未服药组Aβ下降慢,术后半年仍较术前明显为高。假手术对Aβ无影响。结论:雄激素对Aβ生成或降解有影响,可能是通过向雌激素转化减少而起作用;益气养阴合剂对血清Aβ降低有作用。Objective:Study the roles of YQYYHJ prescription and testosterone against β-amyloid (Aβ). Methods:Select 45 healthy male rabbits of 3 ages. In lab group, the bilateral testicles of 30 rabbits were excised. 15 rabbits on the first day after operation were supplied the concentrative solution of YQYYHJ prescription (Astragalus,Multiflorum, Lycium, Epimedium) bid. po and last half a year. In control group, 15 rabbits just were made a pseudo-operation. Then we gathered the peripheral vein blood from lab group of taking solution, lab group of untaking solution, and control group in different time. Then, we detected the Aβlevel changes with radio-immunity technique. Results:In lab group, Aβwas obviously rised after operation and the value of Aβreached the peak on 5th weeks, then gradually lower. But taking solution rabbits in lab group, the Aβvalue reduced obriously. After half a year, the Aβvalue was a little high than pre-operation. Untaking solution rabbits in lab group, the Aβreduced slowly and the value after half a year was still obvious higher than pre-operation. The pseudo-operation had no any effect to Aβ. Conclusion:The prodution and descenden of Aβwas affected by testosteron. In may be concerned in the less transform to progesterone. YQYYHJ prescription was effective to the reducing of serum Aβ.
