摘　　要：为贯彻落实江泽民同志关于“群众体育要注意活动与建设并举,重在建设”的重要指示,以加速社区体育组织网络化、社会化进程,采用文献资料调研、调查与比较、系统综合分析等方法,探讨社区体育的建设,并提出建议。In order to implement the spirit of President JIANG Ze-min's important remarks on mass sports and accelerate the network popularization and socialization of community sports organization, this article discusses the community sports construction through using the method of documentary, investigation and comparison, systematic comprehensive analysis.
