摘　　要：介绍了经验模分解方法和Hilbert变换,指出这种方法的优越性。并用此方法对南海东部区域的海流资料进行处理。分析了该区域海流的频率结构和波谱性质以及它们随时间的变化,给出了一些特征值。In this paper, the empirical mode decomposition method and Hilbert transform are discribed in detail, and the advantages of the method are pointed out. The current data observed in the eastern South China Sea were manipulated by using the method, the frequency structure and time-dependent variations of current in the sea area were obtained by analysing the calculated results, and some characteristic values are also given.
