摘 要:目的 探讨周围神经在无瘢痕愈合中的作用。方法 在建立胎兔背部皮肤全层切割伤模型的基础上 ,采用免疫荧光方法 ,用蛋白基因相关产物 9.5 (proteingeneproduct 9.5 ,PGP9.5 )标记外周神经纤维 ,观察胎兔背部皮肤伤口愈合状况及神经纤维在无瘢痕愈合中的动态变化特点。结果 胎兔皮肤愈合快 ,在伤后 3~ 5d均已完全无瘢痕愈合。成兔伤后第 7天瘢痕愈合。胎兔皮肤伤后 1~ 2dPGP9.5阳性神经纤维减少 ,第 1天最明显 ,为正常胎兔的 75 .5 % ,以后逐渐增生至正常。成兔皮肤伤后 1~2d ,神经纤维明显减少 ,为正常成兔的 33% ,3~ 5d神经纤维增生 ,于第 7天增生达峰值 ,为正常成兔皮肤的 186 % ,第 14天降至正常。结论 神经纤维的“惰性”是胎兔皮肤无瘢痕愈合机制特点之一。Objective To explore the role of the peripheral nerve fiber in fetal scarless wound healing.Methods The animal models were replicated in which rabbit fetuses at 22 days gestation (term=31days) were subjected to a full thickness skin wound on the back. The progress of wound healing was observed on micro and macro levels at the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th ,7th ,14th days post injury respectively. Skin innervation during wound healing was investigated with protein gene product (PGP) 9.5 immunofluorescence stain which labels the entire innervation of the skin throughout the development and in the adult.Results The cutaneous wounds in fetal rabbits healed more rapidly than that in adult and without the formation of scar. Skin innervation density of wound decreased in fetal rabbit at the early stage post injury,then increase gradually, up to the normal levels. Skin innervation density of wound also decreased significantly in adult rabbit at the early stage post injury, then increased quickly,up to the higher level than normal group,which reached a peak at the 7th days post injury(186%,vs adult control), then returned to the normal levels.Conclusion The inertia of the nerve fiber is contributed to the fetal scarless wound healing.
