摘 要:目的 :建立一种适用于长效药物的体外释放新方法。方法 :依据杯法原理 ,以断续浸出的方式进行长效制剂的体外释放试验 (等距浸出法 )并予数学证明。结果 :等距浸出法与杯法的数学模型相吻合 ,对比实验也揭示两法的试验结果呈显著性相关。结论 :等距浸出法简单实用 ,是一种较好的长效制剂的体外释放新方法。Objective:To establish a novel release method of sustained-release medications in vitro . Methods: Based on the principle of cup-method,the release experiments on sustained-release preparations(The equal distance release method) were conducted in vitro with the model of spiccato release,and the validity of the method was attested mathematically. Results: The mathematical model of equal distance release method accorded with that of cup-method release.The comparative study revealed a significant correlation between the results of the two methods. Conclusion: The equal distance release method is a simple,practical method,and is a better release method of sustained-release preparations in vitro .
