摘  要:目的研究高原军训中复方红景天对成人血氧饱和度(SaO2)变化的影响及其临床意义。方法随机抽取由低海拔地区进驻高原的青年军人360人分为防治组(120人,服复方红景天)和对照组(240人,服安慰剂),在进驻高原不同梯度(2900、3700、4400m)后检测SaO2。结果在3700和4400m,防治组SaO2明显高于对照组,而急性高原反应和急性呼吸功能不全发病率则明显低于对照组。结论预服复方红景天可提高SaO2,降低急性高原反应和急性呼吸功能不全发生率,适用于部队群体进驻高原的预防。Objective:To investigate the effect and implic ation in Rhadioda Compound on changes of adult' s Oxygen Saturation(SaO 2 )in highland military works in summer.Methods:360young soldiers were divided randoml y into two groups,the Rhadiola Compound group(RCO,n =120)and the controlled group(PCO,n =240),in which RCO and placebo compound PCO were taken orally 24hou rs before entering the highland.The SaO 2 of erevy soldier were detemined at diff erent altitude(2900m,3700m and 4400m).Re-sults:The level of SaO 2 in RCO were obviously higher than that in PCO at 3700m and4400m altitude.The cases of acute hi gland reaction(AHR)and acute respiratory in-sufficiency(ARI )occurred in RCO were obviously fewer than those in PCO.Conclu-sion:Chinese traditional drugs Rhadiola Compound may could increase the level of SaO 2 and decrease the occurring rate of AH R and ARI.It could be applied to highl and pro-tection for large quantities of sold iers stationing in.
