滋阴活血润肠法对失血性休克大鼠T淋巴细胞及IL-6、IL-10的影响

摘　　要：目的观察滋阴活血润肠中药便可通对失血性休克大鼠T淋巴细胞及白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)的影响。方法60只SD大鼠随机分为休克模型组、空白对照组和观察组,以右侧颈动脉插管放血制作休克模型,空白对照组插管不放血,观察组在造模前3h及造模后6h、12h给便可通灌胃,休克模型组和空白对照组用生理盐水灌胃,造模后24h无菌条件下下腔静脉放血处死,检测相应指标。结果观察组CD3+、CD4+T淋巴细胞数明显高于休克模型组,各组CD8+变化不大。休克模型组CD4+/CD8+值低于正常范围,观察组有45%在正常范围,两组比较差异有显著性。休克模型组血清IL-6、IL-10均高于空白对照组,观察组与休克模型组相比,IL-6和IL-10水平明显下降。结论滋阴活血润肠中药便可通能增强机体免疫功能,降低炎性细胞因子,具有明显的肠粘膜屏障保护作用。Objective:To study the effect of Nourishing Yin and Promoting Blood C irculation to Lubricate Intestines Drug on T lymphocyte,interleukin -6(IL -6)and interleukin -10(IL -10)in rats subjected to hemorrhagic shock.Methods:60SD rats were divided randomly into the shock model group,the blank -controlled group and the t reatment group.And letting blood by arterial cannulation was used in shock model g roup but arteral cannulation without lettin g blood was used in the blank -control led group.And rats in the treatment group were given the Chinese Herb,Biannketong,which has the action of Nourishing Yin and Promoting Blood C irculation to Lubricate Intestines,by perfusion of stomach 3hours before o peration and 6hours,12hours after o peration.Rats in the shock model group and the blank-controlled group were given saline by perfusion of stomach.All the rats were killed b y drawing blood through inferior ven a cava under the aseptic condition.Then correspond ing markers were detected.Results:The quantities of CD 3+ and CD 4+ in the treatment group were much more than those in the shock model group,but the quantities of CD 8+ in each group had no change.The numeric values of CD 4+ /CD 8+ in the shock model group was under normal range,and 45%of the ones in treatment group belong to normal ran ge.And the difference between two groups was ob-vious.The level of IL -6in the treatm ent group decreased more obviously t han that in the shock model group and the differe nce was obvious.The level of IL -10in both groups decreased obviously and the d ifference was obvious,too.Conclusion:The treat-ment of Nourishing Yin and Promoting Blood C irculation to Lubricate Intestines can re-inforce immune function and decrease inflammatory cytokine,moreover,it can protect intestinal mucous membrane barrier.
