系统性红斑狼疮活动期急性时相反应蛋白的变化

摘　　要：目的 :进一步探讨急性时相反应蛋白在SLE中的临床意义。方法 :应用Array特殊蛋白质测定系统测定SLE患者及正常组血清CRP ,AAG及CER含量。结果 :SLE患者血清CRP、AAG和CER水平均显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。与非免疫性疾病组相比 ,SLE组CRP明显升高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,AAG增高也有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。CRP含量与AAG及CER含量均呈正的直线相关关系。结论 :APP不仅能反应SLE患者的临床状态和炎症程度 ,还是一种临床用药参考指标。Objective:To assess the relation between actuephase proteins(CRP)and ELE.Methods:Using Array special protein analysis system ,the serum levels of acute-phase proteins,including Creruloplasmin(CRP),α 1-acid glcoprotein(AAG),ceruloplasmin(CER),were measured in 20 mormal subjects and 17 patients with clinmically active SLE.Results:The serum levels of CRP,AAG,CER in SLE were very sigificantly higher than those in normal subjects( P <0.001).The serum levels of CRP and AAG in SLE wer very significantly higher than chronic renal failuer( P <0.001, P <0.005).The serum level of CRP in SLE was significantly correlated with the level of CER(r=0.8271),AAG(r=0.9808) .Conclusions:It is useful to appraise the degree of inflammation in SLE ,when the three kinds of APP are measured and same time.
