摘 要:目的:观察复方丹参滴丸对高粘滞血症血管内皮分泌功能的影响,探索其作用机制。方法:复合因素(高分子右旋糖酐、肾上腺素、牛血清白蛋白)、长时间(112天)造成高粘滞血症慢性模型;一次性静脉注射高分子右旋糖酐。皮下注射(sc)肾上腺素造成急性高粘滞血症模型,分别用复方丹参滴丸进行治疗,观察血管内皮细胞分泌功能的变化。结果:慢性高粘滞血症模型血浆血栓素B_2(TXB_2)和内皮素(ET)浓度非常显著升高,而6—酮—前列腺素F_(1α)(6-酮)浓度非常显著降低;急性高粘滞血症模型血管内皮分泌功能无显著变化;长期使用复方丹参滴丸能调整、改善血管内皮分泌功能的异常状态;复方丹参滴丸改善血管内皮分泌功能的即时效应不显著。To observe the effect of compound danshen dripping pill on endothedial secretory function of hyperviscosity syndrome (HVS) and to explore the mechanism. Methods: To establish the chronic HVS models by using the compound factors (macromolecular dextran, adrenalin, bovine serum albumin(BSA)) for a long time (112d), and set up the acute HVS models by using macro molecular dextran (iv) and adrenalin (sc) once. Both models were treated by compound danshen dripping pill. To study the secretory function's change of endothelial cell and the intervenient efficacy of compound danshen dripping pill. Results: 1. The contents of plasma TXB_2 and ET of the chronic models increase significantly, while the contents of plasma 6-keto-PGF_(1α) decrease significantly. 2. No significant changes were demonstrated in endothelial secretory function of the acute models. 3. The compound danshen dripping pill can regulate and improve the abnormal condition of endothelial secretory function if the models take it for a long time. 4. The instant effect of improving endothelial secretory function of compound danshen dripping pill is not significant.
