薄层扫描法测定元胡止痛贴中延胡索乙素含量

摘　　要：目的:测定元胡止痛贴中延胡索乙素的含量。方法:样品用1％的盐酸水溶液超声提取,提取液碱化后用乙醚纯化,制成供试品,以薄层扫描法测定,λ_s=340nm,λ_R=370nm。结果:平均回收率为99.09％,RSD=2.09％。结论:该方法较为简便、可靠。To establish a determination method for tetrahydropalmatine in yuanhu zhitong plaster. Methods: The samples were extracted with 1% hydrochloric acid and the extracted composition were purified with ether after alkalizaltion. TLC-scanning was used. Results: The average recovery was 98.09% and the RSD was 2.46%. Conclusion: The results show that this method is convenient and reliable.
