高血压与血管内皮依赖性舒张功能关系的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨高血压与血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的关系。方法 :采用高分辨力超声无创性检测血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的方法比较收缩期与舒张期高血压 (SDH)和单纯收缩期高血压 (ISH)与正常血压组血流介导性舒张 (FMD)与反应性充血的不同。结果 :ISH组FMD与反应性充血较对照组为低 ,而SDH组较对照组高 ,但无统计学显著性 ,分层后亦未见明显趋势。结论 :1.本研究未观察到高血压与血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的关系 ;2 .Objective:To explore a relation between hypertension and endothelium-dependent vascular relaxation.Method:A non-invasive high-resolution ultrasound was used to detect the different flow-mediated dilatation (FMD) and reactivehyperemia between different hypertension and control.Result:There were lower FMD and reactive hyperemia in isolated systolic hypertension (ISH) than control, and higher FMD and reactive hyperemia in systolic and diastolic hypertension than control, insignificantly although after stratification, respectively.Conclusion:1. This study has not found the relationship between hypertension and endothelium-dependent vasodilation. 2. It is not appropriate now to use these parameters as an end-point of antihypertensive treatment.
