氟磺酰胺杀蟑胶饵对蟑螂灭效观察

摘　　要：目的 :在实验室内观察氟磺酰胺杀蟑胶饵对德国小蠊和美洲大蠊的杀灭效果 ;方法 :按 GB13 917-1992农药登记卫生用杀虫剂室内药效试验方法进行 ;结果 :该胶饵在玻璃方箱对德国小蠊的 LT50 为 1.6d,在模拟现场对德国小蠊的 6天死亡率为 10 0 ;在玻璃方箱对美洲大蠊的 L T50 为 2 .0 d,在模拟现场对美洲大蠊的 7天死亡率为 10 0 ;结论Objective: To observe the efficacy of Fluorosulamid Cockroach Gel Bait against Blattlla germanica and Per iplaneta americama. Method: According to GB13917 1992 Efficacy test methods of public health insecticides for pesticide registration. Results: The LT 50 of the gel bait against Blattlla germanica is 1.6d in laboratory glass box and the mortality of 6 days is 100% in analogous site. The LT 50 of the gel bait against Periplaneta americama is 2.0d in laboratory and the mortality of 7 days is 100% in analogous site.
