侧俯卧势床垫纠正枕后(横)位降低剖宫产的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨用侧俯卧势床垫纠正枕后 (横 )位 ,降低剖宫产率的临床价值。方法 :根据足月妊娠产妇的生理体形 ,在 10cm厚的海绵垫上挖相适应的洞。随机将 82例枕后 (横 )位产妇分为两组 ,实验组 4 6例用侧俯卧势床垫 ,对照组 36例用传统普通床垫。结果 :实验组经阴分娩率占 91 30 % ,是对照组16 6 7%的 5 4 7倍 ;对照组的剖宫产率为 83 33% ,是实验组 8 70 %的 9 5 9倍。结论 :足月妊娠产妇使用侧俯卧势床垫可纠正枕后 (横 )位 ,降低剖宫产率 。Objective:To investigate clinical value of correcting posterior occipital and transverse posture through alteral prostration in reducing cesarrean.Method:We had made a hole in bed pad according to body shape of full term tregnancy puerperant;82 cases of posterior occipital or transverse position were divided into two groups,46 cases with new type lateral prostration bed pad into experiment group,other 36 cases in traditional common bed pad.Result:91.30% in expriment group result in vaginal labour,with 16.67% in control.Conclusion:Lateral prostration bed pad can help full term tregnancy puerperants in reducing cesarrean rate.
