保留尿道前列腺切除术56例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　总结前列腺增生症的治疗经验。方法　回顾分析经Madigan手术 2 6例和改良Madigan手术 30例前列腺增生症患者随访 2 0～ 68个月的临床资料。结果　 1例于术后 9个月需再次手术解除排尿困难 ,其余均疗效满意 ,1 5例术前有性生活者术后性功能保证正常如前。结论　保留尿道前列腺切除术是治疗前列腺增生症的理想方法 ,是确保术后性生活质量首选术式 ,正确掌握适应证和处理膀胱内病变是确保疗效的关键。Objective To summarize the therapy experiences of prostatic hypertrophy. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinic data of patients with benign prostatic hypertrophy operated by Madigan in 26 cases and modified Madigan in 30 cases followed up from 20 to 68 months. Results All the patients have satisfied curative effect except one case with dysuria needing second operation, and 15 cases with sexual life events before operation have the normal sexual function after operation. Conclusion The cystotomy reserving the urethra is the ideal method to treat prostatic hypertrophy and the first choice to insure the quality of the sexual life after operation. So it is the key of insuring curative effect to choose the indication properly and treat with urinary disorder.
