摘　　要：目的 了解空中乘务员特殊群体的心理健康状况,探讨影响空中乘务员心理健康的因素。方法 采用SCL-90自评症状量表和艾森克个性问卷调查某航空公司123名空中乘务员的心理健康状况及其个性特征。结果 空中乘务员这一特殊群体与全国正常成人常模相比,心理健康状况较差,有12.38％的人存在着明显的心理症状。空中乘务员的个性特征在精神质(P)和情绪性(N)两项因素上与其心理健康状况相关。不同年龄、工作年限的空中乘务员的心理健康水平有显著性差异。结论 重视航空医师知识的更新,对于空中乘务员应定期进行心理健康的检查,做好心理疾病的预防。在招收乘务员时应选择个性特征适合于空中乘务员这一职业要求的人员。Objective To understand the cabin crew mental health condition and the factors which affect their mental health. Methods We selected 123 cabin crew in an airline company to fill out Symptom Checklist, SCL -90 and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ). Results The cabin crew's mental health condition is far poor than that of the adult norm in the view of the numbers of the positive items. The cabin crew's personality correlates their mental health greatly on their psychoticism (P) and neuroticis (N) , those in poor mental health usually get higher P&N values. The condition of mental health varies markedly with their age and service time. Conclusion Attention should be payed to the update of the doctor's knowledge, who serves in an airline company. Scheduled mental health examination is needed to cabin crew to prevent mental diseases. When recruiting cabin crew, only those whose personality is qualified for the job could be enrolled.
