板蓝根对柯萨奇病毒抑制作用的研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨板蓝根对柯萨奇B4病毒(CB4V)抑制作用。方法 采用组织细胞培养法，观察人宫颈癌传代细胞(HeLa细胞)病变效应及通过抑制病毒复制指数反应抗病毒的效果。结果 板蓝根具有抑制HeLa细胞病变的作用；抑制CB4V复制指数为2．75。结论 板蓝根在细胞水平具有明显的抗CB4V的作用。Objective To explore the inhibition of Banlangen on CB4V. Methods With tissue cell culture technique, Hela lesion effect of human cervical carcinoma and the antivirus effect through inhibiting virus reproduction index were observed. Results Banlangen could inhibit lesion of Hela cells and CB4V reproduction (The reproduction index was 2.75) .Conclusion Banlangen has a significant anti-CB4V effect at cell level.
