摘　　要：目的 探讨中央支气管局限性异常的X线和螺旋CT检查的诊断价值。方法 对122例中央支气管局限性异常的影像学表现进行回顾性分析。结果 螺旋CT检查对中央支气管局限性异常直接征象的显示远优于X线摄片检查(P<0．01)；X线摄片检查对间接征象的显示略逊于螺旋CT，但对阻塞性肺气肿的空气滞留较螺旋CT检查敏感。结论 中央支气管局限性异常以螺旋CT检查为首选方法，但X线检查简便、价廉，可根据间接征象提示诊断。Objective To study the X-ray and helical CT value in diagnosis of localized abnormality of central bronchi. Methods A retrospective analysis was made about the imaging manifestation of 122 cases with localized abnormality of central bronchi.
