摘　　要：目的 探讨应用培哚普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法 将166例CHF患者随机分为治疗组(86例)及对照组(80例)，两组均给予常规综合治疗，治疗组加用培哚普利(2—4mg/d)，治疗4—6个月，分析两组患者治疗前后临床症状及超声心动图改善情况。结果 治疗组在临床治疗效果、心功能检测结果和生存质量及生存率等均优于对照组(P<0．05或P<0．01)。结论 应用培哚普利治疗CHF安全、有效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of perindopril in treatment of congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods 166 patients with CHF were randomly divided into the treatment group(86 cases) and the control group(80 cases) .The routine comprehensive treatment was carried out in both groups while in the treatment group ,perindopril(2 -4 mg/d) was also used in the treatment for 4 - 6 months and finally the clinical symptoms and improvement in echocardio-gram before and after treatment were analysed.
