摘　　要：目的研究耳垂瘢痕瘤的病因与手术治疗。方法对21例耳垂瘢痕瘤实施瘢痕切除、耳垂成形术,其中10例为双耳,11例为单耳;12例为黑人,9例为华人。结果经过6个月以上随访,21例病人未见有耳垂瘢痕瘤复发者。结论耳垂瘢痕瘤患者可以进行瘢痕切除、耳垂成形术,并取得良好的效果。Objective To explore the cause of keloids neoplasms of earlobes and plastic operation of the earlobes after keloidectomies were performed. Methods This study involved 21 patients operated on from 1993 to 2002,10 patients with bilateral keloids neoplasms and 11 with lateral keloids neoplasms respectively,i ncluding 9 chinese and 12 negroes.Results After above follow-up of 6 months sur vey,all the patients recovered and no relapsed.Conclusion Better result can be gained when the plastic operation of the earlobes was performed after resecting keloid of earlobe for the patients with keloids neoplasms.
